By Circuit Boat
Take a circuit boat (town ferry) from anywhere in the town to the harbour on the Ring Lake. The town office is about a 10-minute walk from the harbour along the lakeshore path.
From Tenkyōgen
Take the town ferry Mizukagami to the Cliff-Foot Ferry Landing. Ride the Water-Weight Cable Car up to Clifftop Station in Dangai district, then take circuit boat No. 7 to the harbour on the Ring Lake.
From Miuchi or Nenomachi
From Miuchi, take a boat bound for the harbour from the Migiwa jetty. From Nenomachi, come up the intake shaft to Kamimachi. Many procedures can also be carried out at the Miuchi Branch Office and the Nenomachi Branch Office.
By Car
There are no roads for cars in the town.
