We have published a page on Kokebune Island, a moss-covered island on Tenkyōgen, and the Kokebune Brewery, which brews sake beside the underground lake deep in the island’s cave. It also introduces the junmai daiginjo Hekisui and the Blue Cave Hot Spring deep in the cave.
This season’s first pressing from the Kokebune Brewery comes out in November. We will announce the date as soon as it is decided.
