From 1 October, the town ferry Mizukagami on the Tenkyōgen route will run to its autumn timetable.
In autumn, less water flows over the great waterfalls because of the Draining, and the fairways become shallower. To allow for this, the number of sailings will be reduced from six to five a day, and the last sailing of the evening will leave an hour earlier.
